My Grandma
So here's the update on my Grandma. So they thought that there was something wrong with her heart so they put her on all this heart medication. Then they thought she had thyroid cancer so they did a biopsy. Then they thought she had lung cancer. During the thyroid biopsy, she couldn't be on her heart medication so she didn't take it for a day or two, and when she was on the heart moniter during the surgery they discovered that her heart was actually in great shape. The biopsy revealed that the lump was filled with a harmless mystery goo, and wasn't actually on her tyroid, but next to it. And the stuff they thought was lung cancer is in fact, nothing. The heart doctor brought in four other doctors who worked her over from head to toe and they only discovered that she's in great shape. So all there is to do now is remove the nasty lump from her thoat, which should be super easy since it is right under the skin and not attached to anything, and then try to get over the trama of being poked and prodded and thinking you have cancer for the last two months.
