There is some guy associated with one of those get rich quick schemes trying to buy our house. He's the second one. The first guy wanted to lease our house for three years and then MAYBE buy it at the end. In the meantime he wanted to rent it to smokers and people with pets and change a bunch of stuff about it. So, let me get this straight: you maybe might want to buy our house three years from now, but in the meantime you want to trash it, tempting, but no. This next guy wants to buy it now, but get this, for 2,000 LESS than what we paid for it. He sent Todd this big hairy email about how this was GOOD for us and he was doing US a FAVOR because we have been unable to sell it ourselves. He did all this fuzzy math to try to prove he was saving us money. First of all, we had a contract on the house almost immediatly after we put it up for sale. That fell through because of a bogus inspection. We did hire a structural engineer to evaluate the foundation and he said it was fine. We have another guy that is totally ready to buy our house and a list of other people who are interested. These are all people that are willing to pay $14,000 more than this loser. I'm not stupid, and no you can't have my house for free.
