So this inspector guy marked all these boxes on the inspection NOT FUNCTIONING - IN NEED OF REPAIR. Which means it totally needs to be fixed before the new person can move in. Some of the things he listed was that there were some holes in one of the screens, the master bathroom door rubs on the jamb, the front storm door rubs on the theshold. Are you flippin kidding me? Screens and storm doors aren't even necessary. To fix them you would just tear them off and throw them away. Hardly a fire hazzard or something.
The termites aren't like eating our whole house or anything and will be easy to get rid of.
The big thing will be the roof. We have a new roof but it is over two old roofs. I don't know what we are supposed to do about that, but we are not replacing the stupid roof again.
This could so turn into a headache.
