I'm doing some posters for Nicole for her tent "Agri-land" at the fair. Here are some fun facts about The Amazing Dairy Cow!
A typical cow weighs 1,400 pounds and produces 61 pounds of milk every day. One day of production for a cow makes 2.9 pounds of butter, 7 gallons of milk and 6 pounds of cheese.
The next time you are at the store, remember, behind every gallon of milk, slice of cheese or stick of butter, there's Bessie the milk cow.
