Freebies
Here is a problem I have. I like to do favors for people. If you have a fucked up photo, just give it to me and I'll fix it, we're friends, that's what I do. I'll spend a couple of hours on it for you, its cool. But if I say its a gift and its free, then just say thanks. Nothing like when you do this big hairy favor for somebody and then they insist on paying you and they give you next to nothing. I just did a photo restore for somebody and it took me a couple of hours, at $30 an hour, that adds up. I told her it was a freebie and no biggie, but she insisted on paying me... five dollars. There was another time I babysat for somebody's six year old for an entire day, I didn't just throw him in front of the TV either, I took him to the park, I made a pizza, I played watergun and walkie talkies with him. I ran the legs off that kid. The mom insisted on paying me... $15. Can I just do a favor, please? "Hey Stace, thanks for the kidney, I've got to give you something, here's 35 cents."

you know that I'll never complain about something free. no way you're getting 35.....holy crap....there's no cent sign on my keyboard....is the cent sign now a thing of the past? what the crap....kq
