Freaking out

I spoke with my realtor just now. She said she knows the inspector they used and she said he is... difficult. No shit?
So we are back to the drawing board.
Then I misunderstood the engineering drawings thing because I'm not a fucking engineer or a contractor and it turns out he wants the mechanical and electrical drawings stamped too. If Todd had filled out the paperwork for Missouri, we'd be good as gold on the Mechanical, but he didn't and his Texas stamp is useless. So I've been searching the wild blue beyond for Mechanical and Electrical Missouri PE's. Elliott might be able to hook me up on the electrical from a guy at work. Todd can do the engineering on the mechanical, he just can't stamp it. I'm just trying to save myself 5000 freaking dollars, and it is so stressing me out. Like filling out tax paperwork that I don't know what I'm doing there isn't enough, now this. There's only so much this art major can take. My mom has volunteered to take the kids on Tuesday so I can do some paperwork and stay focused. We'll see if that helps.
