Texas house
We actually have a buyer for our Texas house. They gave us an offer that was way below what we were asking. It is actually for the same price we were asking before we hired a real estate agent that had us list it for way more. These people's problem is that they want a house they can't afford and they don't even have a drop of cash for closing so we are paying out all this cash so they can buy our stupid house. We didn't even bother with a counter offer, we just accepted it. We decided to take it as a sign since Todd got a new job. When we were selling the house ourselves, we would get interested people all the time. But they could only get financing for a 70,000 house and they wanted a 95,000 house. Shit like that makes me really see how people get into credit card trouble. The whole mindset, "I don't have the money, but I want it anyway." So these people could only get financing for 95,000 even though it was listed for 110,000. All the people that can actually afford our house are trying to buy 300,000 houses so our house isn't good enough. They always approve you for more than you can afford so these people are going to be seriously fucking themselves over in the long run. But that's their problem, they can have my house.
