The house

My realtor just called, we have an interested party. She said they were actually pretty excited about the house. They even called the engineer that did the evaluation on the foundation and got the word straight from the horse's mouth. Although, she did say that they just had a death in the family and they won't get an offer out until Saturday. Clearly, I can wait, I won't be holding my breath though.
Todd said that he works with some jokesters. Apparently the cubicle that is now his was previously filled by a ghost named Phil DeCube. The lady that does the phone list thought that Phil was the new engineer and he made it on the phone list. None of the jokesters even noticed this since they never needed to call Phil. So to get to Todd, people need to call Phil. This amuses Todd.
